What are Drymint candles made from?

What kind of fragrance do you use?
We use all-natural fragrance oils that are free from parabens, phthalates, and other unwanted toxins. Each fragrance is carefully selected for its quality, scent, and performance in our candles.
Can I use Drymint scented candles as massage candles?
No. Our scented soy candles are designed to fragrance your space and are not intended for use on the skin. For body use, choose our Massage Candles which are specially formulated for skin and massage.
How should I burn my Drymint candle for the first time?
Let the wax melt across the full surface of the candle before extinguishing it. This helps create an even burn and prevents tunneling.
Why is my candle tunneling?
Tunneling happens when the wax doesn't melt evenly across the surface. The most common reason is not allowing the wax to melt across the full surface during the first burn. Following the recommended burn time helps prevent this.
Should I trim the wick?
Yes. Trim the wick to about ¼ inch before each burn. This helps keep the flame at a manageable size and gives you a more even burn.
Can I reuse the ceramic jar?
Yes. Once the candle is finished, clean out the remaining wax and reuse the ceramic jar for small items around your home. Visit our Blog to see more options for repurposing the ceramic jars.
Where are Drymint candles made?
Our candles are handmade in our studio in Massachusetts. We make them in small batches and carefully handle each step, from blending and pouring to labeling and packaging.
