At Drymint, we stand behind the quality of our candles. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will work with you to resolve any issues.
Return Window
Return Period: You may return items within 15 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Condition Requirements:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and labels must be intact
- Candles must not have been lit (wick should be untrimmed/original length)
- Include original receipt or order confirmation
What We Accept for Returns
Full Refund Eligible:
- Unopened, unused candles in original packaging
- Items damaged during shipping (with photo evidence)
- Wrong items sent due to our error
- Manufacturing defects
Exchange Only:
- Items you'd like to swap for a different scent (unused condition only)
What We Cannot Accept
Non-Returnable Items:
- Candles that have been lit or used
- Items returned after 15 days
- Items without original packaging
- Candles damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Custom or personalized orders (unless defective)
Health & Safety Considerations
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened products that have come into contact with skin
- Items with altered or removed safety seals
- Products showing signs of use
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact our customer service team within 15 days of purchase

- Include: Order number, reason for return, photos if applicable
Step 2: Receive return authorization and instructions
- Return shipping instructions will be provided
- Prepaid return label may be provided for our errors or defects
Step 3: Package and ship your return
- Use original packaging when possible
- Ship within 7 days of receiving return authorization
Refund Processing
Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item
Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
Process: Same as returns - contact us first for authorization
Shipping: You pay return shipping; we pay shipping for the replacement item
Availability: Exchanges subject to stock availability
Damaged or Defective Items
Report Immediately: Contact us within 5 days of receipt for damaged items

Special Circumstances
