At Drymint, we stand behind the quality of our candles. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will work with you to resolve any issues.

Return Window

Return Period: You may return items within 15 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Condition Requirements:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and labels must be intact
  • Candles must not have been lit (wick should be untrimmed/original length)
  • Include original receipt or order confirmation

What We Accept for Returns

Full Refund Eligible:

  • Unopened, unused candles in original packaging
  • Items damaged during shipping (with photo evidence)
  • Wrong items sent due to our error
  • Manufacturing defects

Exchange Only:

  • Items you'd like to swap for a different scent (unused condition only)

What We Cannot Accept

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Candles that have been lit or used
  • Items returned after 15 days
  • Items without original packaging
  • Candles damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Custom or personalized orders (unless defective)

Health & Safety Considerations

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened products that have come into contact with skin
  • Items with altered or removed safety seals
  • Products showing signs of use

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact our customer service team within 15 days of purchase

  • Include: Order number, reason for return, photos if applicable

Step 2: Receive return authorization and instructions

  • Return shipping instructions will be provided
  • Prepaid return label may be provided for our errors or defects

Step 3: Package and ship your return

  • Use original packaging when possible
  • Ship within 7 days of receiving return authorization

Refund Processing

Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item

Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

Process: Same as returns - contact us first for authorization

Shipping: You pay return shipping; we pay shipping for the replacement item

Availability: Exchanges subject to stock availability

Damaged or Defective Items

Report Immediately: Contact us within 5 days of receipt for damaged items

  • Photos of damage/defect
  • Description of the issue

Special Circumstances

Allergic Reactions: If you experience an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact us. We'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Gift Returns: Recipients can return gifts with gift receipt. Refunds will be issued as store credit.
